RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Hidecraft, we strive to provide high-quality leather products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You may request a refund if:
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
You received the wrong item.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
Customized or personalized items.
Products that show signs of use or damage caused by improper handling.
Sale or clearance items.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

3. Once your request is approved, we will process your refund within 7 days to your original payment method.
4: Late or Missing Refunds
Once you have crossed the deadline meantioned above then no refund will be possible.
Missing refunds, It never happens.
5: Cancellation Policy
In case you have second thoughts just after making the payment, you can drop an email at mohdarhan@hidecraftofficial.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
