  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before being shipped.

  • Shipping Methods:

    • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

    • International Shipping: HIDECRAFT offers international shipping on a conditional basis. Orders are shipped via DHL, and additional charges for shipping, customs duties, and taxes will apply. Please note that we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders.

  • Shipping Charges: There is no minimum order amount required for shipping eligibility. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method.

  • Shipping Delays: If there are any unexpected delays, customers will be promptly notified through email, SMS, or other dedicated channels.

  • Cash On Delivery (COD): This service is limited to orders of up to INR 5,000 only.
